On the 23 of January universities-winners of the «creation of digital universities and international scientific and methodological centers» contests held by Ministry of education and science introduced development concepts of Centres. The Ministry of education and science gave recommendations for adjusting the concepts. ISMC MEPhI was presented by Valentin Klimov, Deputy Director of the Institute of Cyber Intelligence Systems.
