Competencies of a modern teacher online discussion

On the 30th of September ISMC MEPhI in partnership with the Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University, University 2035, and the North-West CSR Foundation held an online discussion on "competencies of a modern teachers".

The participants of the discussion shared their experience in organizing distance work, problems and solutions that arose during distance learning, analysis of the current situation, as well as views on the prospects for the development of online education.
Valentin Olenev (SUAI) shared his impressions of working in the Discord system and noted, in particular, that the activity of students in online classes is much higher than in full-time.
Marina Sorokova (MSUPE) spoke about her research on online education, which showed an increase in the results of students studying online, relative to the results of students attending classes in person.

Oleg Golikov (Sechenov University) spoke about the nuances of digital transformation of the medical University and plans to create a unified environment of digital services that will ensure this transformation.

Viktor Radygin (MEPhI), one of the teachers of ISMC, shared his experience with students of advanced training programs and noted that collecting feedback has significantly influenced the structure of his course.

Andrey Komissarov (University 20.35) spoke about the need to create a digital competence profile and about the features of the educational process organization from the point of view of pedagogical design.

Pavel Ryabov (MEPhI) spoke about how online tools are used in the educational process at MEPhI, and also announced the launch of new ISMC MEPhI development programs.
